We provide shipping to all states in the United States and internationally. Our domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take up to 15 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 is charged for shipping. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The X Store, we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
